Our AI-based technology assesses whether a user’s government-issued ID is genuine or fraudulent, and then compares it against their facial biometrics. That’s how we give companies like Revolut, Bunq and Remitly the assurance they need to onboard customers remotely and securely.

The Opportunity

We’re looking for a Growth Marketing Lead to play a key role in the wider, global marketing team at Onfido, ultimately ensuring all stakeholders are working together to deliver a best in class experience for our clients. You will utilize your exceptional marketing skills to drive growth efficiently across a range of channels.

As a Senior Growth Marketing Lead – Americas at Onfido you will:

  • Develop and drive the marketing priorities, strategies, goals, objectives and tactics for the Americas region to reach sales goals and KPIs
  • Identify the right mix of marketing channels, activities and programmes to support the achievement of monthly and quarterly pipeline goals
  • Work collaboratively with sales to develop account-based marketing strategies and programs
  • Lead the execution of local marketing activity from digital to events and through direct and indirect channels
  • Stay on top of industry trends, technologies and new features in online advertising, making recommendations and launching new channels and campaigns where appropriate
  • Support and manage one direct report

We’re looking for a Growth Marketing Lead who can display the below skills & experience throughout our interview process:

  • Substantial (7+years)  relevant experience in B2B marketing
  • Experience planning, executing and optimizing B2B demand generation and enterprise marketing programs
  • Strong at business partnering. You engage with and value partnering closely with cross-functional teams including sales, partnerships, operations and the broader marketing organization
  • Able to balance managing the big picture along with tactical, detailed execution
  • Strategic problem solver with the ability to diagnose and solve challenges leveraging data and testing
  • Experience leading cross-functional programs within an agile working environment
  • Proven success in delivering measurable marketing results
  • Experience working in a fast-paced /scale-up environment

Desirable requirements:

  • Expertise in Salesforce, Pardot, ZoomInfo, or other marketing-related technologies
  • Proficiency in demand-generation channels including ABM, email, lifecycle marketing and webinars.
  • Experience leading and executing in-person events
