Here at GoDaddy, our EMEA Talent Acquisition team is enthusiastic about Recruiting!  Sourcing and screening amazing candidates for our opportunities across EMEA.  We deliver both low and high-volume roles across our Corporate Technical and Customer Care functions.  As the front face of the business, we work in partnership with our Hiring Managers to deliver a full 360 recruitment service.  We are steadfast in ensuring that every candidate has a seamless, credible, and enjoyable recruitment experience end to end.

As our FTC Recruiter for EMEA; you will be responsible for a multitude of requisitions across our technical and corporate functions.  You will manage key partners and hiring managers; handling requisitions end to end, identifying and hiring the best talent to join our amazing GoDaddy family across EMEA. One requisite is proficiency in English, but any other European language is an asset.

This FTC role can be based remotely across Romania, Bulgaria, Belgrade or the UK.

Responsibilities:

  • Recruit talent for our technical, and corporate functions , handling multiple job requisitions, offers and hires at any one time
  • Identify, attract, and acquire top talent by screening resumes, conducting phone screens
  • Maintain a candidate pipeline and ensure timely follow up with applicants
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with Hiring Managers, partners, and TA colleagues
  • Directly source candidates through LinkedIn, social media networks, and job boards
  • Work in partnership with the wider team to deliver hires in a fast-paced environment
  • Ensure a strong internal and external candidate experience, through full life cycle recruiting, sourcing, and on boarding
  • Exercise significant independent judgement within globally aligned policies and practices to settle the best method for achieving objectives
  • Develop innovative avenues to increase the quantity, quality, and diversity of the candidate pool

Requirements:

  • 3 + years’ experience working in a fast-paced Recruiting team as a hands-on Recruiter
  • Written and oral English skills
  • Track record of hiring talent across EMEA; with a solid knowledge of the local market
  • Current experience working with an ATS such as Greenhouse, Workday, Taleo, etc.
  • Experience leading the recruitment lifecycle, end to end, handling a high number of roles, candidates, and hires.
    Highly skilled in sourcing, identifying, and screening candidates, able to build pipelines quickly and comprehensively
  • Detail orientated; familiar with tracking documents, offers and spreadsheets
  • Strong partner management skills with a high level of credibility
  • A fast learner who demonstrates initiative and self-motivation
  • Must be flexible, adaptive, and a problem-solver
  • Able to work on own initiative and see projects through to completion
