Our team is in search of an Email Marketing Manager to help us change the way digital products are designed.

About the Team:

You will be part of a team that is tasked with elevating our marketing programs to drive increased value and performance for our sales organization. You’ll use data and insights to develop strategies on where customer marketing should invest to provide the greatest value for/from our customers.

What you’ll do:

  • Monitor and manage email deliverability and account reputation, best practices, sender reputation and IP health to drive increased inbox placement and email stats
  • Ownership of entire Marketing email tech stack, including HubSpot, Marketo, 250ok, Litmus, Validity, etc.
  • Detailed knowledge of email marketing best practices and both domestic and global regulations including CAN-SPAM and GDPR
  • Develop and maintain subscriber acquisition strategy with key stakeholders
  • Own/drive subscriber reengagement strategy to ensure we’re reengaging dormant/unengaged subscribers to maximize our reach
  • Manage a team of 2-3 Email Marketing Managers
  • Audit and maintain overall contact strategy and frequency of communication across our subscribed database
  • Seek and provide updates regarding new features being rolled out by email providers as well as new trends in marketing technology

What you’ll bring:

  • 5-10 years email marketing experience including campaign strategy/development, lifecycle marketing, segmentation, deliverability, and
  • AB/multivariate testing
  • Experience leading/managing a team
  • Passion for email marketing, industry innovations and best practices
  • Expertise in HubSpot or related marketing automation platform, Litmus, ReturnPath or related tools
  • Experience in a high-growth SaaS company or high volume email role
  • Familiarity with HTML and web content management systems
