Overview

A little about us

We’re on a mission to bring together talented people and great remote jobs by making cross border hiring easy. We want to spread the privileges and benefits of great employment and help make this the norm for remote workers around the world.

🗺 Remote working, flexible hours.

⏱ Permanent, full time

💵 Competitive salary

🍰 Early stage equity

We are a 100% distributed company that began its journey in 2019. We’re well-funded and are assembling the core team that will take us to the next level. We’re already a global company with team members in the UK, India, the Bahamas, Germany, the USA, Finland, Latvia, and Mexico.

Hiring people internationally is complicated – with interacting engineering, legal, financial, operations, and HR processes. We’d like to find people who think this is as interesting a challenge as we do.

We’re an inclusive and diverse workplace, and welcome applicants from marginalized groups – the world over.

The Role 👩‍💻

The Big Picture

The future of work is upon us and unfolding quickly. The number of organizations that have embraced remote working has skyrocketed since the onset of the pandemic, and many of them are eager to fill their remote roles with incredibly talented people who happen to live in other countries. A platform that makes it easy to employ and take great care of your remote workers around the world has never been more necessary.

Neither has there ever been such an opportunity to change lives (and whole economies) by simply bridging talent and great remote jobs. We are just at the beginning of the exciting, new “distributed talent enablement” SaaS category, and the headroom for growth and social impact is staggering.

Oyster is charting a path forward for the most progressive companies who feel inspired by the tectonic change in how we work. We are building a brand that will serve as a beacon to the next generation of globally-distributed companies.
