HackerRank seeks an enthusiastic Marketing Director to drive the marketing efforts of our growing services business and partner ecosystem. You will lead the development and execution of the go-to-market plans to ensure the success of these critical business functions and achieve our revenue goals.

This individual will be a member of the Product Marketing team supporting both the Services and Alliances teams. This key contributor will also work closely with Sales, Customer Success, and Product teams to ensure the success of the company overall. The Sr. Marketing Manager will be an expert on HackerRank’s service offerings and a technical expert on the partner ecosystem – always keeping up with the latest enhancements, use cases, and competitive offerings.

The ideal candidate must have a passion for technology, an entrepreneurial spirit, and a successful track record in services or partner marketing building and executing integrated marketing campaigns that promote a compelling value proposition. This is a unique opportunity to take a highly visible role in an exciting, industry-leading business. This position will report to the VP Product Marketing and will have a key role in building out both a robust Services and Alliances business.

You will be working on:

  • Create and execute services and alliance marketing strategy, including developing and executing plans, and identifying impactful go-to-market activities required to achieve corporate objectives
  • Be the point of contact for both the services and alliances marketing internally and with key alliance partners
  • Deliver high-quality marketing campaigns that drive demand generation, and work with the broader marketing and go-to-market teams team to align these marketing programs with corporate initiatives
  • Develop joint success stories, thought leadership and sales enablement materials to support services and alliances awareness and growth
  • Partner with Product Management to define and execute cross-functional product launch plans
  • Create and maintain competitive alliances and services battle cards

We are looking for:

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience working in a product marketing, partner marketing or services marketing role for an enterprise SaaS company
  • Hands-on experience with developing and implementing partner-based joint GTM initiatives
  • Skilled at building highly effective working relationships with go-to-market teams and external stakeholders at a global scale
  • Strong understanding of alliance marketing and how to effectively translate market insights into world-class go-to-market programs
  • Ability to work alongside and effectively communicate with senior leadership both internally and with key partners, being seen as a credible trusted advisor
  • Strong strategic, organizational, and autonomous project management skills
  • Compelling public speaker and communicator who articulates concepts and ideas clearly
  • Operated in a fast-paced environment where the scope of needs will always challenge the collective bandwidth of the team
