Overview

We’re looking for an hourly, part-time Customer Support Specialist (20h/week) to help customers resolve day-to-day questions around returns, claims, order cancellations and updates and other common inquiries using Airhouse’s internal and partner systems. This person will work directly with our Account and Ops Managers, partners and extended team to power through customer requests, escalate issues and help keep their operations moving.

Must be comfortable working in shared inboxes like Front. Must be located in the Eastern Time Zone to work with warehouses in Eastern/Central time.

Requirements

  • Prior experience working with small businesses or startups
  • Prior experience in a customer-facing role
  • Personable, impeccable writing skills
  • Comfort working with spreadsheets and learning new tools
  • Extremely detail-oriented
