At Kisi, we’re creating modern keyless entry systems aimed to make door access digital, seamless and secure. Our simple dashboard and easy-to-use mobile apps save administrators and employees time, resulting in a more positive and secure work experience.

We’re looking for a driven individual to join our growing sales team. As an account manager you’ll be the main point of contact and build long-term relationships with our customers all around the world. You’ll become a product expert and improve your skills on managing a portfolio of accounts to achieve long-term success.

What you’ll work on:

  • Manage retention of an established and growing book of business by building and maintaining strong, long-lasting advisor relationships with your accounts.
  • Define success metrics for client account setups and project manage between different internal teams within Kisi (engineering, sales, operations, marketing, etc.).
  • Build out best practices workflows like success plan templates for different scenarios during onboarding and expansion.
  • Provide expert-level support to customers around how Kisi’s continually expanding product roadmap and platform will solve additional needs around physical security.
  • Produce pricing strategy, negotiation, and closing process of renewals and services packages.
  • Monitor customer user trends and give recommendations to product development and other teams based off such, including doing regular customer ‘workflow reviews’.

Requirements

What we expect from you:

  • 2-3 years experience at a SaaS or IT company.
  • Ideally consulting or finance background
  • Strong organizational skills and experience using a CRM (e.g. Salesforce, Hubspot or Pipedrive).
  • Proven ability to build strong relationships with customers.
  • You’re a pro at securing renewals and identifying up-sell and cross-sell opportunities.
  • You show high competency in sales discovery methodologies and Return on Investment discussions.
  • You have established strong relationships with your internal resources to provide the most for your customers.
  • You’ve designed pricing strategy and articulated commercial aspects of the agreement.
  • Excellent verbal and communication skills, including the ability to hold strategic executive conversations
  • Ability to work interdepartmentally to help optimize across the client-facing funnel
