Farmdrop is growing quickly. We’re looking for a part-time customer support agent to add to our Customer Happiness Team. The role will be part-time, with a combination of 5-9pm shifts on weekday evenings, and with 7-4pm, 12-9pm, or 5-9pm shifts at the weekend.About Farmdrop

Our Customer Happiness team:

Make our customers happy by providing support over phone and email, as well as working directly with our drivers, managing additional administrative tasks, and assisting with ongoing departmental improvements.

About the role:

You’ll be fully trained in our inbound and outbound customer service and operational support, and expected to work well as part of the team that provides a first-class service to our customers. Prior experience providing service by both email and phone in a high volume e-commerce environment is ideal, however, applicants without this experience who have strong communication skills and can learn quickly are also encouraged to apply.

Working hours:

Your first two weeks will be training at our head office in Old Street, Monday-Friday 9-6pm. After this you will begin shift work, with an agreed pattern combining 5-9pm shifts on weekdays, and either 7am-4pm, 12-9pm, or 5-9pm shifts at the weekends. We will consider applicants who are only able to do weekday evening, or weekend work.

This role is being offered on a remote basis, however, we are also welcoming applicants who would like to work some or all of their shifts based either at our head office (Old Street) or warehouse hub (Enfield).

REQUIREMENTS

Confidence and excellent written and verbal communication skills are a must have.

  • Tech-savvy and quick to learn new systems.
  • Experience with complaint resolution.
  • Experience dealing with inbound and outbound customer service calls and emails.
  • We use RingCentral, Intercom, Slack, Gmail, Hootsuite Social and any experience with these tools is advantageous
