Note: Although this is a remote position, we are currently only seeking candidates in timezones between UTC 0 and UTC+2, essentially between London and Eastern Europe.

Your role

In this full-time, fast-paced and intellectually challenging role, you’ll be:

  • Delivering outstanding multi-channel (Helpscout, social media, blog, app stores, etc.) customer support.
  • Reproducing product issues, reporting them to the appropriate engineering teams and monitoring their status.
  • Sharing user feedback with internal teams to identify customer needs and translate user insights into a better product experience.

Founded in 2014, Quaderno helps hundreds of businesses around the world to automate their accounting and make solid business decisions.

We collect and manage millions of datapoint from payment processors, shopping carts and backends to generate all the accounting data our customers need to run their businesses.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Native-level fluency, both written and spoken, in English (additional language skills is a plus).
  • Excellent writing skills with an articulate, conversational style.
  • Extremely proactive, organized and responsible, with the ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
  • Interested in understanding the ins-and-outs of sales taxes (it’s a big topic!).
  • Patient and able to explain complex concepts in easy to understand language.
  • Demonstrated passion for customer care.
  • Enthusiasm about working in an international, multi-cultural environment.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours.
  • The ideal candidate would experience within a remote based company or team.
  • Based in timezones between UTC-2 and UTC+2.

This is a remote position, so you’re free to work from wherever you please on whatever schedule works best for you. You’ll also have the option to work from our office in Las Palmas de Gran Canaria (Spain) or rent a coworking space in the city where you live.
