Auth0 is seeking a Customer Advocate Specialist, to work with Auth0 customers and produce customer surveys, case studies, videos, and interviews.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the strategy and execution of scheduling 15+ customer reference interviews each quarter.
  • Collaborate with customer success and sales to maintain a pipeline of Auth0 customers as potential advocates.
  • Partner with an Auth0 creative writer to execute customer interview meetings.
  • Manage the end-to-end customer advocacy deliverables to completion, including approvals of case study and video drafts.
  • Run our bi-annual customer satisfaction surveys.
  • Manage third-party transcription and video editing vendors.
  • Support sales by setting up 1:1 peer reference calls with prospects.
  • Support the Customer Marketing Manager with logistics for the annual customer advisory board.
  • Collaborate effectively with internal teams including marketing, sales, customer success, design, content and sales operations.
  • This position would require up to 15% of time traveling.

Qualifications:

  • 1-3 years of experience in a B2B customer advocacy, customer success or sales prospecting  role; technology or software/SaaS industry is preferred.
  • Passion for driving customer engagement and success.
  • Experience with prospecting via phone and email.
  • Attention to detail and strong communication skills.
  • High energy with a drive to meet monthly and quarterly goals.
  • Ability to work with remote team members.
  • Experience with com, Google Apps, Slack and video conference tools plus.

  • Bellevue, WA or Remote, United States.
