Zycus is hiring Customer Account Manager in the North America region.

Preferred experience in ERP, SaaS, P2P_ Procure to Pay, Source to Pay, financial software product sales.

The Customer Account Manager role is an individual contributor role, reporting to the Vice President-Customer Account Management.

The Zycus Customer Account Manager (CAM) is the key owner of our existing customer relationships, and is responsible for driving the ongoing adoption, benefit realization, and retention and growth of the Zycus solution within an assigned set of customers. This individual should be comfortable consulting and influencing customers, developing, positioning and closing sales opportunities and managing all financial aspects of the relationship – backed by a strong understanding of the customers’ business objectives and the capabilities of the Zycus solution. Performance in the role is measured by customer retention, account growth, and customer reference-ability.

Requirements

  • Be the face of Zycus for our customers. Be the Voice of the customer and collaborate with various Cross-functional teams to ensure ROI.
  • Work very closely with Implementation, Product & Support teams to ensure customer requirements are met with committed schedule and required quality.
  • Generate sales opportunities & leads for upsell and cross-sell. CAM is directly responsible for negotiating and closing customer renewals, cross-sell and upsell opportunities.
  • Define customer account plans and strategy in various accounts.
  • Customer Account Manager must have managed renewal of existing client contracts ranging from $250K + to $1 Million+
  • Connect with senior client stakeholders to fully understand their strategy and roadmap to ensure alignment with Zycus.
  • Continuous engagement & consulting with customer and create a platform for sharing Industry & Zycus Customer best practices.
  • Minimize Customer churn and ensure higher customer adoption of Zycus solution, with high satisfaction ratings (CSIs). Ensure customer references for Zycus Solutions.
  • Create value added services around Zycus Solutions. Enabling customer to get the desired ROI from Zycus solutions.
  • Be a self-starter, a highly motivated person able to work in a fast-paced environment that is continually changing.
  • Ability to be pro-active with a sense of urgency.
  • Strong analytical skills; problem solving skills.
  • Ability to read, understand and communicate technical documentation and relate to clients and business needs.
  • Excellent engagement and solution selling skills including discovery skills, negotiation skills & networking skills
  • Experience working with Customer Relationship Management and/or Customer Success solutions.
  • Open to Travel.
  • A US Citizenship or Green Card.
  • Open to work from home / remote office / regional office.
  • Get the accurate pulse of customer needs, goals and expectations from implementation through to operations. Identify opportunities and execute strategic and tactical initiatives to ensure the customer pulse is strong.

Open to travel extensively and cover North America region.

Ideally we are looking for someone located in Eastern Half of the United States, within a 1 hour commute from major city airports.
