About The Team:

We’re seeking a content marketer and copywriter to join the growing marketing team to help produce a variety of content, including blogs, case studies, ebooks, SEO-driven content, email campaigns, landing pages, sale enablement materials, video content (with support from our design team), paid media copy, social media content, and more. This writer will work with the entire marketing team, including the 3-person demand generation and lifecycle team, event marketer, growth marketer, performance marker, and our community marketer, as well as our design and product teams. In this role you’ll help catalyze user sign-ups, product adoption, feature usage, and revenue growth by developing content that brings people to OneSignal and helps nurture them through the customer journey.

What You’ll Do:

  • Write and publish blogs, case studies, ebooks, SEO-driven content, and sale enablement materials
  • Help expand the types of content we’re creating, including developing more interactive, video and social media content
  • Help execute a monthly editorial calendar and support publishing logistics
  • Partner with the Content Marketing lead to identify content gaps and develop a plan to fill them
  • Work closely with the product marketing manager and partnership manager to develop content around new features, updates, integrations, and partnerships
  • Drive MQLs and SQLs through the development of gated content assets and thoughtful content campaigns
  • Assist the Content Marketing lead with consistent content reporting and analysis
  • Arm the sales team with content that increases their effectiveness and closes more deals by identifying and producing sales enablement content
  • Help craft email campaign copy for the demand generation efforts and sales outreach

What You’ll Bring:

  • 1-2 years of hands-on experience creating acquisition and/or product marketing-focused content, ideally for a b2b SaaS product
  • Excellent written, verbal, and visual communication skills
  • Exceptional research skills, with the ability to source information on a topic, learn quickly, and present ideas in a logical and engaging way
  • Strong organizational skills along with excellent attention to detail and process
  • A passion for understanding the customer, their needs, and how we can best address them through their customer experience
  • Strong collaboration skills with a deep sense of ownership and accountability

We value a variety of experiences, so these are not required – but it would be an added bonus if you also have experience in any of the following:

  • Editing
  • Creating video and audio content

The New York and California base salary for this full time position is between $58,000 to $84,000. Your exact starting salary is determined by a number of factors such as your experience, skills, and qualifications.
