Our mission is to help our Members grow, be that personally or professionally, so we’re looking for 2 to 3 remote Community Managers in North America, Europe and Asia to help create content, build partnerships and drive sign-ups. About The Role

  • Set, plan and implement a Community calendar of content and events
  • Build relationships for Members Benefits
  • Create social media and communication campaigns and strategies
  • build relationships and respond to Members in a timely manner
  • Monitor, track and report on a monthly basis
  • Organise and manage events to boost brand awareness
  • Coordinate campaigns with Marketing and Partnership teams
  • Liaise with Agency and Studios teams for new clients opportunities
  • Stay up-to-date with cultural moments and consumer trends

Community Manager requirements

  • Proven work experience as a community manager or similar social media role
  • Experience planning and leading community initiatives
  • Ability to identify and track relevant KPIs
  • Excellent verbal communication skills
  • Excellent writing skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and presentations skills
  • Hands on experience with social media management
  • Ability to interpret Google Analytics
  • Knowledge of online marketing
  • Attention to detail, critical-thinker and problem-solver
  • BSc degree in Marketing or relevant field
