Client Success Management at Homepolish:
An integral part of each client’s journey. This department is on the front lines of client interactions and collaborates with the other teams at the organization to advocate for the most optimal client experience we can collectively offer.
What you’ll work on:
Outreach with clients at all levels, providing proactive and reactive engagement to keep their projects running smoothly. This could include (but is not limited to):
- Setting expectations with clients and designers.
- Checking client satisfaction.
- Collaborating with our purchasing services team.
- Resolving conflicts between any parties.
To succeed in this position you will have:
