As the Client Marketer on Degreed’s Marketing team, you will be responsible for providing high quality, innovative, creative marketing services to Degreed’s clients, resulting in driving awareness, adoption, and engagement of Degreed.
You will work directly with the Client Experience and Marketing teams to drive results across the client portfolio. You will use your marketing, communication, data analysis, and project management skills to ensure that we are driving clients to a successful lifecycle with Degreed.

Responsibilities

    • Client Marketing
    • Create marketing assets and coordinate activities across multiple client tiers to drive awareness, adoption and engagement.
    • Support client launches and events through creation and distribution of marketing assets, as well as potential onsite visits.
    • Manage, report on, and develop marketing assets and campaigns based on client portfolio metrics.
    • Degreed Marketing Team Collaboration
    • Lead efforts between the Client Experience and Brand teams to create and update marketing assets.
    • Provide awareness and insight into client stories for potential co-marketing opportunities.
    • Assist in facilitating marketing education bootcamps, client newsletters, and webinars.
    • Work with the Brand and Marketing teams to align company-wide campaign assets with client goals and roll outs.

Supporting skills

    • Excellent written, communication, and copywriting skills.
    • Experience in a client-facing role.
    • Extremely detail-oriented, with excellent administrative and organizational skills.
    • Experience rolling out tools/applications/platforms to organizations.
    • Growth marketing mindset: understanding key triggers that drive awareness and user adoption
    • Creativity in change management strategies.
    • Ability to lead and run webinars with leaders of organizations.
