YOUR JOB SUMMARY

SRM will be the primary contact point between Cartegraph and its business partners, key alliances and strategic relationships. The SRM will ultimately be responsible for executing an ongoing strategy to develop strong business relationships for Cartegraph. The successful candidate for this position will be a strategic, highly-motivated, marketing and sales orientated leader that is enthusiastic about technology and excited to develop and cultivate a successful Partner strategy. This position will apply solution-oriented selling skills and technical expertise to develop and manage a Partner Channel for Cartegraph products and services through direct, face-to-face contact as well as telephone, web conference and e-mail.

THE WORK YOU WILL DO

  • Manage, develop and own productive relationships with key personnel in assigned Partner accounts
  • Leverage strategic relationships and business partnerships to drive revenue
  • Coordinate corporate resources, including technical, service and support to meet Partner performance objectives
  • Lead joint Partner planning to develop business plans that identify performance objectives, financial targets, milestones and KPI’s
  • Conduct periodic meetings with Partners to review performance and recommend corrective actions. Ensure Partner compliance
  • Maintain Partner channel reports in Salesforce and ensure that processes are followed

YOUR GOALS

  • Responsible for revenue targets and strategic objectives in assigned Partner Accounts
  • Implement and maintain a formal Partner Network program in cooperation with Sales & Marketing
  • Work directly with Sales & Marketing to achieve goals and objectives assigned to Partner Channel
  • Discover and advocate for improved business processes to effectively engage with Partner Channel

REQUIREMENTS

WHAT YOU BRING

  • Ability to establish and manage trusted relationships
  • Demonstrated leadership ability to work independently, execute professionally and supervise others
  • Effectively present information to management, public groups, clients and councils or boards
  • Excellent verbal/communications skills and a thoughtful, persuasive personal style, energetic and enthusiastic
  • Strong project management background and expertise in enterprise sales
  • Experience working with enterprise technology providers and consulting firms (Esri, Salesforce, AECOM, etc)
  • Four-year degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Management, Marketing or a related field or high school diploma or equivalent and 7+ years of Industry experience
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a partner management, project management, sales, or marketing related role in the consulting, business or technology sector
  • Valid driver’s license with proof of insurability required
  • High energy, enthusiasm and initiative
