About the Role 

Handy is looking for a performance marketing professional interested in driving growth. The Campaign Strategist role plays an integral part in supporting Handy’s growth.  You will manage and execute on Handy’s Pro acquisition through Facebook and support testing in other performance marketing channels. You will work with internal and external creative teams to iterate on the content for each channel and own decision-making throughout the process. Your responsibilities will also include managing key paid media tests and ensuring that we hit the  targets set forth.

What you’ll do

  • Manage day to day management and optimization of Handy Pro acquisition marketing initiatives on Facebook and other paid media channels.
  • Partner with other members of the Handy organization, marketing and operations team leaders to build and executive strategic campaign launches and A/B test to drive key cross-functional initiatives
  • Partner with analytics to develop A/B test structure and provide recommendations for campaign set up.
  • Build and manage relationships with external creative agencies.
  • Report on performance metrics on a weekly basis, investigate any anomalies, and provide actionable insights into campaign performance to key stakeholders.
  • Support in launching new paid media channels including Tiktok, and SEM.

What we’re looking for

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 3+  years in online performance marketing either in house or at an agency
  • 3+ years work experience building and managing Facebook campaigns (Smartly.io)
  • Experience with managing a creative process with internal or external designers
  • Growth mindset with a focus on using continuous testing to optimize acquisition
  • Robust analytic and quantitative skills
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
