Leadfeeder is a fast growing international SaaS startup, headquartered in Helsinki. We are on a mission to bring web intelligence into business. Simply put, Leadfeeder helps companies know more about their website visitors, which enables them to convert promising visitors into sales leads.

Currently Leadfeeder is a buzzing remote international team of 30+ people and more than ten nationalities, and we are hiring many key people around the world to strengthen our rapid growth.

What will the Business Development Manager do?

As Business Development Manager, your job is to bring more business to Leadfeeder and also support our customers throughout their lifecycle. You’re a go-getter who knows how to build and nurture relationships, spread the word and create a buzz.

  • You will find the most effective ways to drive new signups and acquire customers through partners, influencers and other channels of cooperation.
  • You will run inbound demo and training calls to convert our trial users to paid customers and ensure the handover for customer success team.
  • You will find new & creative ways how to attract potential buyers especially in the UK-IE market along with rest of Europe.

REQUIREMENTS

What does it take to be successful in this role?

You are not expected to know everything right away, but you need to be motivated to learn and have the right balance of knowledge and interests to enable you to flourish in this role:

  • Experience with building and nurturing partnerships & influencers
  • First-hand experience with digital sales & marketing tools
  • Knowledge of how analytics plays an important role in sales & marketing
  • Understand the difference between social selling and social media marketing
  • Ability to work across functions and collaborate as a team to drive overall company goals
  • Attitude of a hands-on expert who gets things done & can close deals
  • Excellent native English skills
  • Knowledge of Google Analytics and marketing automation is a big plus
