We are seeking an experienced Senior Brand Designer who is passionate about creating a beautiful and delightful user experience and who can play a key role in continuing to push our brand into new territory. You will be a integral part of building and designing the future of the InVision brand and it’s sub brands both for external and internal audiences. You’ll have the opportunity to work on a broad spectrum of high-visibility brand and marketing projects seen by millions of people spanning digital, print, physical goods, events, and more. You’ll collaborate with some of the best designers, developers, and marketers in the industry. 

Responsibilities 

  • Be acreative visionary of the InVision brand. Partner with the Creative director to design and direct the look and feel & emotional resonance of our customer facing and internal brands.  across digital websites, print, and physical spacesthat push every aspect of InVision’s brand to new heights.
  • Bring fresh perspective to solving brand design problems. Be bold, adventurous and not afraid to explore new territories of brand expression.Never settlefor second best. 
  • Own the end-to-end brand creation: strategy, prototyping, feedback, and execution. Work collaboratively with other designers, illustrators, developers, marketers, across the company to ensure story, functional, program, and budget needs are met. 
  • Drive forward the process, tools, and systems to create brands at scale.
  • Consistently look to identify opportunities for improvement and incorporate advancements in design trends, brand enhancements and brand expression methods.
  • Present work to marketing leadershipwith the ability to effectively communicate your ideas,defend your decisions, and empathetically listen to feedback.
  • Mentor and develop peers, giving feedback and guiding them through projects.
  • Be a part of an evolving team and contribute to our unique company culture.

Requirements 

  • A portfolio showcasing a breadth of creative brand design focused work
  • Experience working on digital focused brands
  • 8+ years experience working at an agency or in-house
  • Superior ability to clearly articulate goals and objectives and influence the creative direction of a brand and project
  • Proven ability to work in a rapidly changing, high-growth environment. Ability to manage multiple and competing work priorities, demands and changes. 
  • An ability to think strategically, but also focus on the finer details of InVision’s brand experience
  • Strong collaboration abilities, a flexible demeanor, and a friendly approach to working with different types of teams
  • A mindset for continuous improvement

 Bonus skills

  • Experience working with web design systems
  • Up-to-date with all current design technologies and web standards
  • Experience working on brands with physical design extensions and initiatives such as events, trade shows, outdoor advertising.
