If you’re a passionate digital marketer looking to make your mark on the hiring industry (and essentially, the world) then this is the job for you.

We’re looking for someone who’s passionate and knows how to create digital campaigns that actually convert. From retargeting campaigns to paid social, we want someone who isn’t afraid to try something new and optimize what’s working. To begin, this person will launch a complete B2B campaign in-tune with the growing remote landscape. This person will be ready to learn and work with a scrappy team of marketers while teaching us something new!

This person should be able to:

  • Create and launch a complete digital marketing strategy – paid and organic, B2B and B2C, in alignment to team goals
  • Understand the relationship between SEO and UX and how to optimize SEO and PPC campaigns
  • Make informed decisions on spend and platform use based on funnel analytics and performance
  • Manage the day-to-day activities of lead nurturing and marketing automation programs to improve lead conversion rates, close rates, and funnel velocity
  • Create assets and content for paid campaigns (with the help of your teammates when necessary)
  • Continuously ideate and execute new strategies and tactics within paid channels
  • Report daily, weekly, monthly on the success and status of campaigns
  • Use platforms such as Google Adwords, Adroll, Facebook Ads, Google Analytics and/or other similar platforms
  • Collaborate with teammates in a remote setting
